Freeworkors Freelance Platform

Context

Freeworkors was a freelance platform from my first startup period. It aimed to connect independent talent with real demand in a more flexible way.

Process

The product was built as a mini program around freelancer profiles, demand posting, matching and communication conversion. I led product definition, design and development.

Result

The platform launched publicly and received media coverage from Alibaba Cloud and NetEase, giving me an early lesson in public startup validation.

Reflection

Freeworkors taught me that platform products are not only about features. They are about creating trust and certainty on both sides of a market.
